Stylized: Sherman Joseph & Preston Williams of SHERMAN | PRESTON

Tell me about you: where are you from?
We're from New York, NY.

How old are you?
Age is limiting and we strive to be timeless. However, we are definitely old enough to drink but young enough to disregard the consequences.

What do you do?
Curating connoisseurs dabbling in the realm of fashion, art and overall creativity. Most notably, we are at the helm of SHERMAИ|PRESTOИ, a contemporary tailored brand conceptualized for the metropolitan man.

When did you know that Fashion was something you were passionate about?

Fashion resonated as a passion for us when we realized that the marketplace was unable to communicate to us as consumers. Cognizant of the budding era of like-minded fashionable men, it became evident that the industry’s inadequacy left this niche unsatisfied.  To help fill that void, we set out to cultivate endeavors that spoke to men not only aesthetically, but conceptually as well.

What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?

Our ability to turn ideas into reality. Transforming basic materials into works of art. Utilizing our opinions to create a vision that others have learned to share.
Simply amazing.

What advice do you have for others aspiring to do what you do?

Let your actions dictate your legacy.

Life quote: If there was one quote that summed up your view on life, what would it be?

“Just do it or shut  up."

How can we stay connected with you?

Adventures in Menswear: Ninh Collection

It seems that my slight infatuation with menswear is constatnly growing, and I have no problem with that lol. I love a stylish man, and I love menswear that is a little outside the box. While casually browsing through Instagram a while ago, I stumbled accross Ninh Collection, an amazing Menswear brand based out of New York. I love the attention to detail, the tailored fit, and the fact that these pieces aren't your typical boring cuts. Take a look, what do you think?

For the Boys.. Custo Barcelona FW 13

Oh how excited I was that NYFW was being streamed for the Fall/Winter 2013 Collections. I wish I could have just sat and watched show after show, but a girl must work lol. Today I am featuring my favorite looks for the boys from Custo Barcelona's FW 13 collection. I've been a fan of Custo's pieces since visiting his store/showroom in Soho a few years ago thanks to my friend Shannon. Custo's use of color, prints, band textiles are just amazing, definetly "High Street." If you are a guy who is into cool prints, textures and colors, then Custo's line has those perfect pieces for sure.

Style Capture: Howard Lee

Two weeks ago I met Howard of EPG PR at an event in DC that I was super late to lol, and I asked if I could take a few pictures of him. I just love all the elements of his outfit, simple but the accessories pull everything together and give that stand out element. Don't fly men just make you happy?!
