Tell me about you: Where are you from, how old are you?
My name is Hayden Williams and i'm 19 years old.
What do you do?
I'm an aspiring fashion designer/illustrator with a very strong passion for fashion.
When did you know that Fashion was something you were passionate about?
I've been drawing since the age of 3 years old and have always been inspired by the female form and silhouette. Watching Disney movies from an early age and repeatedly sketching the female characters until they were as perfect as possible! My cartoon style i had back then has now progressed into professional fashion illustration/design as a teenager. I create fashion collections via illustration and can translate an idea from my head to paper very easily. In the near future, i would love to get a team together to help make my designs a reality and have my own fashion label!
What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?
My biggest accomplishment to date....well there are 2 that stand out for me. One was creating a Little Black Dress for a college project. I had to design a dress inspired by an era ( i chose 40's) and once it was made, it would be sold in a boutique. My dress instantly sold and was the only dress to sell from my class. It was a great achievement! 2nd would be when Rihanna became a fan of my work once i had forwarded my illustrations to her via social networking site Twitter. She even used one of my illustrations as her Twitter icon, which then made it onto t.v and next thing i knew, a lot of other celebs were using illustrations as Twitter icons. I think she started a trend haha! Rihanna told me 'I'm fuckin talented' and that my designs are 'Sick'.....we have been in contact ever since. She's a lovely girl and a genuine star who is passionate about fashion like myself. I'm looking forward to the near future and what may happen! ;)
What advice do you have for others aspiring to do what you do?
Advice i would give to aspiring designers/illustrators?? Hmm, well i'm still learning myself but i would say.....be driven, consistent (consistency is key) and incredibly passionate about the industry. It's a lot of hard work but soo worth it once you start getting recognition you feel you deserve!
Life quote: If there was one quote that summed up your view on life what would it be?
"Treat people how you want to be treated" stands out for me.....there are a lot of quotes that i could go through but this one is very true! I have my own little quote aswell which i think is a great one....."Give any Woman or Man the right outfit and they can conquer the world!" - :)

Who knows what the future holds, but i have big goals and i'm working hard to make them a reality!
