Ah, the joys of internet shopping. I've started prepping my fall wardrobe with a few pieces from ASOS. Keeping lines clean and structured, with a simple color pallet. I'm loving all of these versatile pieces, not to mention I got them all on SALE!

Everybody Loves A Crop Top

Last Wednesday before the ANTHOM Live event in Georgetown. Sahra and I decided to enjoy the weather and take a few photos by the Washington Harbor. Keeping it versatile and simplistic, ( my style motto) I paired my vintage DIY reconstructed shorts with an AA crop top and Silence & Noise chiffon vest number. Keep it chic yall.

Kimono Love... A Style Post

So I finally decided to rock my Kimono I purchased at Meeps Vintage  during their grand re-opening party last year. After contemplating how to wear it for a while, I went with what I do best... Keep it simple and let the Kimono be the STAR that it is lol. I felt invincible walking around the city in this fit. Ya'll couldn't tell me NOTHING

Fun'in In New York.. A Style Post

Walking around the Washington Square Park area, and stumbled upon this super cute neighborhood corridor. Still rocking the black and white, something that's just not a "trend" for me. It's one of those classic color combos that will forever be current and chic.

Today I'm featuring a lovely necklace I was sent from Atlanta based jewelry designer Taryn Reed. Taryn makes beautiful necklaces, bracelets, and earrings using a number of natural stones, on brass, gold, and silver chains. Me being the fan that I am of natural elements, I chose the Turquoise Howlite & Gold Necklace. Taryn's jewelry is great quality and beautifully made. I would also love it with a longer chain. I am beyond pleased with this wonderful piece.

Refinery 29 X Me

Many may have seen, some probably not... But I am beyond thrilled and honored to have been featured on Refinery 29 DC's " 1 girl 4 looks" segment. When Holly reached out to me, it was another one of those " Is this really happening right now" moments lol. For some reason I always seem to downplay what it is that I do, or am doing. Is there a such thing as being too humble? I'll let ya'll answer that.
