Tell me about you: Where are you from, how old are you?

We are from Northwest Washington DC, and are 27 years old

What do you do?

We are Ministers/Preachers at The Rock Church in New York. It's a Church full of young artist and services are held in Times Sq and at The world famous Apollo Theater

We are also fashion designers with a brand named BruceGlen.

When did you know that Fashion was something you were passionate about?

At a very young age we made paper dolls and made new outfits for them everyday. We really recognized it as an interest in fashion in our later high school years.

 

What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?
 

Our First official Fashion Week Show for Spring 2013 has been our biggest fashion accomplishment. This upcoming show will be our second!

What advice do you have for others aspiring to do what you do?

Keep God first and he'll add everything else on to you! We live by Matthew 6:33 that says, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

Color me Bright

As I am sure most of the "Fashion Forward" are aware of, bright pops of color are all the rage this Spring/Summer Season aproaching, and I am all for it.

Although, I normally stay with a rather simple pallete when it comes to wardrobe and bump it up with an accessory or two, I may have to add some bright tops, bottoms, and dresses to my

wardrobe.

Thanks to style.com I was able to look at some of the SS 2011 Runway shows and I must say that Haider Ackermann, and Gucci's collecction are two of my favorites.

Both incorporated the Bright colors into their collections beautifully
