DC Fabb's Blogger Meet & Greet at Violet Boutique
This past Wednesday my girl Dana and I headed over to Violet boutique in Adams Morgan for a wonderful blogger's meet up. I met a lot of fashionable bloggers, and viewed some great fall fashion's at the boutique. Had a great time mingling, and if you are ever in DC and happen to go to Adams Morgan, make your way to the Amsterdam Falafel Shop.. the fries and the Falafel are GREAT.

MAJORING IN FASHION MARKETING & DESIGN JUST WASN'T ENOUGH UNTIL I SPENT MY ENTIRE SENIOR YEAR IN LONDON. IT WAS THEN THAT I REALIZED WHAT I WANTED THE REST OF MY LIFE TO LOOK AND FEEL LIKE. BEING THERE PLAYED AN INCREDIBLE PART IN WHERE I AM TODAY AS FAR AS CHOOSING A WORK AESTHETIC, STICKING TO IT, AND BUILDING A CAREER AROUND IT
What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?
I WOULD HAVE TO SAY STARTING A BRAND (www.SergioJames.com) WITH JAMES FIELD HAS TRULY BEEN A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT. WE SEE THIS AS A LIFESTYLE AND NOT A COMPANY THAT WILL BRING US MONEY. OUR HEARTS ARE TRULY IN THIS BUSINESS TO SHOW THE PUBLIC WHAT WE'RE CAPABLE OF.
What advice do you have for others aspiring to do what you do?
QUITTING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT AN OPTION. IF YOU'RE TRULY DESIROUS ABOUT YOUR FUTURE. HAVE A VISION, A SOLID SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND YOU'LL BE SURPRISED AT HOW FAR YOUR DREAMS WILL TAKE YOU.

A Rant
You know what sucks.. Not getting your photos turned around in an ample amount of time from a photographer. HATE it.. I want to update for you guys with some awesome outfit posts but I can't because I dont have the photos.. And then I dont have a nice Nikon or Cannon or tripod to take pics like Karla, or Karen, or The Man Repeller. I'm sad and hopeless lol Should I rent a camera and a tripod? Maybe my dad will give me his, he is a photographer for crying out loud.
